Description
A thick, creamy, and protein-packed 5-ingredient smoothie made with frozen peaches, mango, and Greek yogurt. It tastes like a vacation and keeps you full until lunch.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 ½ cups frozen peach slices
- 1 cup frozen mango chunks
- ½ cup plain Greek yogurt (non-fat or low-fat)
- ½ cup milk of choice (almond, dairy, or oat)
- 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
Instructions
- Add the milk to the bottom of the blender first to help the blades spin freely.
- Add the Greek yogurt, followed by the frozen peach slices and mango chunks.
- Add any optional boosters (spinach, chia seeds, vanilla) or sweetener at this stage.
- Blend on low speed for 10 seconds to break up the fruit, then gradually increase to high speed.
- Blend for 45-60 seconds until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy.
- Taste and adjust sweetness or thickness by adding more honey or milk as needed.
- Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
Notes
Use frozen fruit for a thick, milkshake-like texture; fresh fruit with ice will result in a watery consistency. Add liquid to the blender first to prevent jamming. If the smoothie is too thick, add milk one tablespoon at a time. For meal prep, freeze ingredients in ziplock bags to make smoothie packs.
